Windsor Gallery is pleased to present 'Blue Moments' - a solo exhibition by Oluwasegun Odoyon Joseph. This body of work explores blue as a colour of memory, intimacy and human connection.

Throughout the exhibition, portraits emerge from immersive blue environments, becoming reflections of the people who shape our lives and remain with us through memory. These figures exist between presence and remembrance—familiar faces, fleeting encounters, and emotional connections that continue to linger long after the moment has passed.

At the heart of the exhibition is the relationship between memory and scent. Both are invisible, instinctive, and deeply personal. A fragrance can transport us across years in an instant, just as a face can awaken emotions we believed forgotten. Joseph draws upon this sensory experience, creating works that feel less like portraits and more like recollections—fragments of feeling suspended in time.

Blue becomes the atmosphere through which these memories unfold. It is a colour of depth and reflection, of longing and serenity, carrying viewers into a space where emotion takes precedence over narrative and sensation becomes a form of knowing.

In Bleu Moments, portraiture becomes an exploration of what remains: the traces of people, places, and experiences that continue to shape us. The exhibition invites viewers to inhabit the delicate space between what is seen, what is remembered, and what is felt.
